Air hammer use precautions

The air hammer must be shut down for inspection or maintenance under the following conditions:

1, found the fuselage anvil pad, hammer rod, anvil block and other parts have cracks;2. When the hammer seat fuselage sinks and the device line in the middle of the hammer rod exposes the hammer guide bearing 5mm;3. When abnormal phenomena such as air leakage or abnormal sound are found.

Notes for air hammer operation:

1. Try to prevent eccentric strike when forging.

2, must closely monitor whether the oil road is smooth, good lubrication. 

3. When the machine stops, the operating handle must be turned to the idle position, and the wood blocks line the upper and lower anvil blocks. 

4. The lifting time should be shortened as far as possible.

5. Turn the operating handle to the idling position and start the motor to idling. When there is no abnormal phenomenon and sound, then make forging.

6. Do not cold strike or forge the workpiece below the forging temperature.
