Maintenance of hydraulic bending machine in Zaozhuang Make Machinery Co., Ltd.

Before machine maintenance or cleaning, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and then put down and shut down until the work is finished. If it is necessary to start the machine or other operations, the mode should be set to manual mode to ensure safety. The maintenance contents are as follows:

1. Hydraulic circuit

a. Check the oil level of oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

b. The hydraulic oil used is ISO HM46 or Mobil dte25;

c. The oil should be changed after the new engine works for 2000 hours, and the oil tank should be cleaned after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours of operation;

d. The oil temperature of the system shall be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.

2. Filter

a. The filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly every time the oil is changed;

b. The machine tool has related alarm or oil quality is not clean and other filters are abnormal, should be replaced;

c. The air filter on the oil tank shall be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and it is better to replace it once a year.

3. Hydraulic components

a. Clean hydraulic components (base plate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use cleaning agent;

b. After the new machine is used for one month, check whether there is deformation at the bending part of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the joints of all accessories should be tightened. When doing this work, the machine should be shut down and the system should be free of pressure
