Do it carefully in operation

1. When the machine tool starts, pay attention that the human body should not enter the range swept by the rotating arm.

2. When the machine tool is working, all personnel are forbidden to enter the space swept by the rotating arm and pipe fittings!

3. The hydraulic system of machine tool adopts ya-n32 ordinary hydraulic oil (original brand No. 20). Under normal conditions, it is replaced once a year, and the oil filter must be cleaned at the same time.

4. When adjusting the machine tool (mold), the adjuster should press the button to adjust. Never adjust by one person on the machine tool and operate on the control cabinet by another.

5. When adjusting the machine tool or starting the empty car, the mandrel should be removed.

6. The pressure of hydraulic system shall not be greater than 14MPa.

7. When manually adjusting the speed of side pushing oil cylinder, the rotating arm should be adjusted when it is rotated to more than or equal to 900, and the adjustment speed is synchronous with the linear speed of the bending die edge when the rotating arm rotates. It is forbidden to push the side pushing speed higher than the linear speed of the rotating die edge in the manual state.

8. Generally, the tension of the chain should be checked after the machine is used for a period of time to keep the tightness of the upper and lower chains consistent.

9. In automatic operation, in the core bending mode, before the bending arm returns, the operator must ensure that the core head is in the pipe, or the mandrel is not blocked when the bending arm returns, otherwise, the core head or core rod may be bent or broken.

3、 After the work, cut off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and lubrication.
