Operation rules of planer machine

Before work, conscientiously do the following:

1. Check that the feeding ratchet cover should be installed correctly and firmly, and strictly prevent loosening during feeding.

2. Before the trial run without load, the ram shall be moved back and forth by hand turning gear, and then the machine operation shall be carried out after the ram is confirmed to be in good condition.

1. When lifting the crossbeam, the locking screw must be loosened first, and the screw should be tightened when working.

2, do not adjust the ram stroke during the operation of machine tools. When adjusting the stroke of ram, it is not allowed to loosen or press the adjusting handle by knocking.

3. The stroke of ram shall not exceed the specified range. Do not turn on high speed when using long stroke.

4. When the worktable is mechanically fed or shaken by hand, the limit of lead screw stroke should be paid attention to to to prevent the screw and nut from breaking off or damaging the machine tool.

5. Handle the vice with care when loading and unloading, so as to avoid damaging the workbench.
