 First of all, what are the operating steps of the hose crimping machine?

1. Use a ruler to measure the length of the hose sample. Measure the data of the metal joint with a caliper and observe the inner diameter of the hose sample. Prepare the required hoses and joints. 3. To start crimping the hose, you can use the manual crimp button or the foot pedal to crimp the button. After the hose is crimped in place, the locator sounds an alarm, and then press the mold opening button. After crimping, use a caliper to measure the crimping data and probe it with a probe. The hose can reach the specified withholding data. After the withholding is completed, stop the machine and cut off the power supply.

1. Tighten the positioning screws before installing the module. Lubricant should be injected into the inclined surface of the mold base before starting the machine. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil cylinder over the stroke. If it shakes during pressurization or depressurization, processing is strictly prohibited. If the piston of the oil cylinder shakes or the oil pump makes a sharp noise, the gas should be discharged.

2. The pressure regulating valve should be adjusted to the specified pressure and be calibrated regularly. It is strictly forbidden to place your hands on the withholding part when the equipment is running. The exchange of molds should be carried out after shutdown. If the working oil temperature exceeds 45°C, it should be shut down for inspection.
