Safe operation process of four column hydraulic press

1. Hydraulic press operators must be trained and master the equipment performance and operation technology before they can work independently.

2. Before operation, all kinds of sundries on the mould should be cleaned and any dirt on the hydraulic press rod should be wiped off.

3. The mold of hydraulic press must be installed under the condition of power failure. It is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle and pedal on the foot switch.

4. Install the upper and lower die alignment, adjust the die clearance, do not allow one side to deviate from the center, and press the mold again after confirming that it is fixed.

5. Before the hydraulic press works, first start the equipment to idle for 5 minutes. At the same time, check whether the oil level of the oil tank is enough, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic unit, pipeline, joint and piston have leakage. 6. Start the equipment for pressure test, and check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the operation of the equipment is normal and reliable, and whether there is leakage.

7. Adjust the working pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Test a piece of work piece and produce it after passing the inspection.

8. For different profiles and workpieces of hydraulic press, the working pressure of the press and the times and time of pressing and holding pressure should be adjusted at any time during press mounting and calibration, and the mould and workpiece should not be damaged.

9. When the press plate of the machine body slides up and down, it is strictly forbidden to extend the hand and head into the working parts of the pressing plate and the mold.

10. It is strictly forbidden to knock, stretch, weld, bend, twist and other operations at the same time.

11. It is not allowed to smoke, weld, cut or fire around the hydraulic press, nor to store inflammable and explosive materials. Take fire prevention measures.

12. When the hydraulic press is finished, the power supply shall be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press shall be wiped clean, the lubricating oil shall be added, and the mould and workpiece shall be cleaned and placed in order
