1. The column is not clamped tightly

Reasons: 1. Too many screws on the spring plate make the column lift too much, the diamond block clamping mechanism can't make the cone surface of the inner column combine tightly; 2. The adjusting screw is not adjusted properly, resulting in a gap between the rod and the shell; 3. The pressure oil in the hydraulic system is too small to push the piston in the oil cylinder, so that the diamond block can not be in the clamping position

Treatment method: 1. Re adjust the screw on the spring plate to ensure the force when the rocker arm is loosened, and then adjust the screw on the top of the column to make the clamping force reach 1568n (thrust at the end of rocker arm), and then screw to lock the nut. 2. If the column rotates when the column is loosened, four screws in the nut should be adjusted for fastening

3. Adjust the pressure oil of the hydraulic system to ensure 205-291 × 10% or change the oil in the oil pool.

2. The main shaft does not return smoothly

Reasons: 1. The spring tension is not enough, and the horizontal axis is deformed; 2. The guide sleeve is roughened

Treatment methodt: 1. The spring tension is not enough to adjust, and there is an adjusting screw under the headstock to adjust

2. The horizontal shaft is deformed, the horizontal shaft is replaced, and the guide sleeve is roughened and removed and repaired
