Common connection mode of hydraulic valve in hydraulic press

1. Flange connection

It is connected with the flange at the end of the pipe fitting through the screw hole on the valve body. This kind of valve is called flange valve, which is suitable for large flow hydraulic system with a diameter of more than 32mm. Its advantages and disadvantages are the same as threaded connection.

2. Threaded connection

It is called valve sleeve with oil pressure. The oil port of the pipe valve is connected with the pipe with a threaded pipe joint, and is fixed on the pipeline. This connection method is suitable for small flow simple hydraulic system. It has the advantages of simple connection, convenient layout and clear oil circuit between valves in the system. The disadvantage is that the components are distributed and occupy a large space. The pipeline is staggered and there are many joints, which is not convenient for handling and maintenance. Oil leakage and air infiltration are easy to occur at the pipe joint, and sometimes vibration and noise will be produced.

3. Plate connection

Each oil port of the valve is arranged on the same mounting surface, and there are connecting screw holes left. This kind of valve is called plate valve. Fix the plate valve with screws on the connecting body with corresponding oil port of the valve. The advantages of this connection mode are: it is convenient to replace the components, does not affect the pipeline, and it is possible to centralize the valve arrangement. The connection body connected with the plate valve has three forms: connecting plate, oil landing plate and integrated block.
