Precautions for C-type hydraulic press during pressure test:1. Hydraulic press operators must be trained and master the equipment performance and operation technology before they can work independently.2. The first is to understand the principle of the machine and the corresponding structural performance, according to the instructions for pressure test.3. After the hydraulic press is connected to the power supply, start the motor and observe whether the rotation direction is correct.4. Before the pressure test of 200t single arm hydraulic press, start the equipment to idle for 5 minutes, and check whether the oil level of oil tank is enough, whether the sound of oil pump is normal, and whether there is leakage of hydraulic unit, pipeline, joint and piston.5. Start the equipment for pressure test, and check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the operation of the equipment is normal and reliable, and whether there is leakage.6. During the pressure test of hydraulic press, the safety valve of hydraulic system should be adjusted to the selected test pressure value.7. Adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic press, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. Test a piece of work piece and produce it after passing the inspection.8. Safety measures must be taken during pressure test of hydraulic press. In the process of running and debugging, we should pay attention to the temperature change of hydraulic oil. The most suitable temperature of general hydraulic system is 40 ～ 50 ° C. the efficiency of hydraulic components is the highest and the oxidation resistance of oil is the best. If the working temperature exceeds 80 ° C, the oil will deteriorate in the early stage (every 10 ° C increase, the deterioration rate of the oil will increase by 2 times), and the viscosity will decrease, the lubricating performance will become worse, the oil film will be easily damaged, and the hydraulic parts will be easy to burn.
