Aiming at the shaft straightening process of single arm straightening machine, from the aspects of geometric theory, numerical analysis, material mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics theory, the design of shaft parts leveling machine and the detection, fitting and straightening methods of axis bending are studied theoretically and practically

1) The mathematical model of axis bending of shaft parts is established. The curve equation of axis bending is established, and the curvature, deflection and deflection of curve are calculated in the curve equation. The deflection equation of axis bending is solved to find out the maximum deflection point and its position, phase angle, etc

The deflection load curve is analyzed, and the calculation formula of the head down pressure in the straightening process and the relationship between the straightening rebound amount and the initial bending amount are derived by using the elastic-plastic mechanics theory and empirical formula
