 Power press for blanking, forming should follow the following procedures. When operating with more than two people, the driver should be assigned and coordinated. Before off duty, the mold should be placed against, the power supply should be disconnected, and necessary cleaning should be carried out. The transmission parts exposed to the press must be equipped with protective cover. It is forbidden to drive or test run with the protective cover removed. If necessary, the test can be carried out without load. The slide block must be opened to the bottom dead center, the closing height must be correct, and the eccentric load should be avoided as far as possible; the mold must be firmly fastened and checked by pressure test.

Attention should be paid during work. It is strictly forbidden to put hands, tools and other objects into the dangerous area (see Item 4 of safety production regulations). If abnormal operation or abnormal sound is found in the pressing machine (such as continuous strike sound and burst sound), the feeding shall be stopped and the causes shall be checked. If the rotating parts are loose and the control device is out of order, (see the introduction) when a workpiece is finished, the hand or foot must leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation. Before working, check whether the protection device of punch is complete, whether the flywheel runs smoothly; whether the upper and both sides of pedal device are protected; whether the operation is reliable and flexible; and remove the objects that hinder the operation in the workplace.

The blanking force must be checked and approved, and overload operation is strictly prohibited. When installing and disassembling the mould, the power must be cut off first. The mould must be installed firmly and reliably. Manual or dynamic method shall be adopted to adjust the closing height step by step. It is forbidden to connect vehicles before confirming the adjustment. During the operation, we should concentrate on thinking, strictly prohibit talking and doing at the same time, and cooperate with each other to ensure safe operation. It is generally forbidden to operate the punch press by more than two persons at the same time. If necessary, there must be a special person to command and be responsible for the operation of the pedal device. Any part of the body in the work is strictly prohibited from feeding and unloading within the scope of the mold. Special tools should be provided.

It is forbidden to punch the sandwich, and the second feeding can be carried out only after the front punching parts or residual materials are removed. The installation of the mould must be checked regularly. If there is looseness or slippage, it should be adjusted in time. Before the cutting edge is worn to the burr exceeding the standard, the cutting edge shall be repaired and grinded in time. When disassembling the mold, it must be carried out in the closed state. Take good care of stamping equipment, dies, tools, measuring tools and instruments. After the work is finished, the mold and punch should be wiped clean and arranged. In the formal stamping process, because the static error rate of the main motor varies with different loads, the electromagnetic counter set on the control board can be used to correct the rotational speed when stamping different parts.
